The problem is that we often don't recognize these values and beliefs, which affects the way we manage time. We cannot buy or buy time, but we can lose it. That is why it is important to learn to use it correctly, according to our real needs and values. The past tense we cannot get it back. The only real time that we have and in which we can do what we need, is the present time. Managing time does not mean making changes in it, it means making changes in ourselves: in our activities, priorities and expectations.
